Jupiter J. Makins
Writer. Director. Producer.
Jupiter J. Makins wrote Bully Fighters because she felt she was called to do so. "It started from an email notification in my inbox regarding a film festival. Patricia McKenzie joined Bully Fighters because she felt it was a strong story to tell. "I read the script and wanted to give the character Reggie Shore the power I believed she had (in the meeting with the judge) with a sense of vulnerability (when she meets the mother). I also came on board as Producer in order to bring the resources and tools I had to help make the film a great indie film. I believe we accomplished that and more as we continue to push its message.
Special Thanks to
Douglas Bedouin, Executive Producer, who believed in Bully Fighters and helped fund the making of the film.
His support and efforts will forever be appreciated with much gratitude.

How You Can Help
Bring Bully Fighters to your school or community!
Bully Fighters aims to change societal views on bullying from being child's play to a crime. By getting more people talking about the malicious effects of bullying and influencing the laws to make a difference we can compel change.
For those interested in screening the film in their community, or if you'd like to show the film in your school please contact us. NOTE: We have a Workbook to help facilitate educators.
The National Center for the Prevention of Community Violence (NCPCV) is a not-for-profit organization geared towards solutions to prevent violence before it becomes an event.
NCPCV supports Bully Fighters by using the film to bring communities together followed by a panel discussion with elite members of the community to implement solutions.
See more on what NCPCV is doing to make the world a safer place or to discuss how they can help create a Bully Fighter event in your community.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the National Center for the Prevention of Community Violence while the balance will go to spreading the word and getting into communities.
Bully Fighters is extremely grateful for those who have supported us financially and made it possible for us to increase awareness of the affects of bullying and bring solutions to communities.
